The Attorney - Lawyer's fees are quite reasonable, generally
around 15% and only is paid from the amount of money collected for the
injured worker. There are no up front fees or retainers to be paid, in some
cases when an injured worker fully recovers with no residual permanent
disability or work restrictions, the Attorney - Lawyer did not get paid a penny. With
that in mind, having an Attorney - Lawyer who is well experienced in workers compensation
is truly a bargain.
